Welcome future student! I'm a full-time, professional keyboardist, vocalist, songwriter, and educator currently teaching, recording, and performing throughout the US. In 2014, I graduated with a Bachelor's of Music in Jazz-Studio Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. There I studied jazz under the direction of Bobby Watson & Dan Thomas as well as classical studies under Diane Petrella & Karen Kushner. In 2015, I released my first, live-studio EP 'As of Now' featuring all original songs & arrangements for trio with guitar and horns. This project explored the cross section between contemporary-folk & jazz and led to featured performances at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and National WW1 Museum & Memorial. Since then, I've spent extensive time as a pianist and vocalist across the region both as a sideman and soloist. In addition to teaching and performing, I also accompany dance classes both for Kansas City Ballet's outreach dance program 'Reach Out and Dance' and Owen/Cox Dance Group's 'Take the Stage'.
